well lets just put it this way.. if anyone keeps up with nh news then im sure that they would know about the guy that raped a poor 16 year old girl then got out on bail but then got re arrested for contacting her and telling her to change her story… then he got out on bail again… then later that week he went to buy a gun but was denied do to violation of his bond.. so they arrested him again… but they are still going to let him out if he can come up with the money. THIS GUY IS SOOOOO SICK AND WRONG! i know he will get the money… as i know this man personally.. im the victim in this case. I’m not allowed to say how i know him… but lets just put it this way im a foster child now…. i will not give out personal information.. im just saying that i really really really think that the law is really gay and they need to step up!!! the court systems are too nice… and its good sometimes… but not in my case…

i just want some advice. im not sure how to handle this and it just kills me to see his face and my story all up in the news knowing everything that i know… i did the right thing by telling but it still i feel like i should not have.. maybe he would have stopped? idk all i know is im scared… but im a strong girl… im headed for a better life.. but its still hard.. he has messed me up more than most know….

You should speak to the D.A. handling this case and find out if there is any options out there for you to get counseling. Considering you have been moved to foster care, it should be available. You did the absolute RIGHT thing by telling, even if all this happens. It would not have stopped happening to you. In fact, he probably would have gone on to hurt someone else the same way he hurt you. Good luck sweetie.

I’ll be having my first child in June. I’ll be a single mother (my ex of 7 years decided to bail when I was 3 months pregnant) and I am 22. I am having a hard time with the concept of having a social life but also being a mother. I want to be a great mother but I also don’t want my life to completely come to a hault. I never went out much before I got pregnant…maybe 3 times a month on Friday nights to go dancing. I’m afraid that if I go out after I have the baby that people will look down on me and think that I’m a horrible person and a bad mother. I don’t plan on going out until September at the earliest so I have at least 3 months to bond with my daughter. I just want maybe 2 Fridays a month to go out with the girls and dance. I don’t dance like a skank. I don’t drink myself stupid. I just like to get dressed up, dance and let loose for a couple hours.

I would just like to know how other people would or have handled a situation like mine. Any advice will be very much appreciated!

I have 6 kids…. I have no social life and I am happier than ever. My kids are my life until they are grown up and on their own. I don’t go out partying or drinking. My time away from them is at the grocery store or when I am at work. People are going to look down on you if that is what you are doing. Your child will only be a child one time. You have to be there to make the most of it. If that is going to be a problem then put this child up for adoption to parents who are ready to raise a child and the responsibility that it involves.

In Onslow County North Carolina an accused child killer has gotten out of jail on a $200,000.00 bond. A woman was accused of poisoning a 7 year old innocent little girl. Should this accused killer who’s being charged with felony child abuse and capitol murder(which the state is seeking the death penalty for) be aloud around her two sons until her trial? Should she even be out. What’s norm for someone who is accused of such a heinous and cruel act? I’m asking this question to get different points of views on this subject. Thanks.

innocent till proven guilty…in a court of law by 12 of your peers.

But having said that, if the evidence is enough and the crime is that bad then no, in my opinion she should not be out on bail.

The Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement team, or SAFE, a multi-agency task force that investigates crimes against children, announced this morning the arrest of David Brown, 34, of Lake Forest; Richard Chaney, 23, Costa Mesa; and Brock Jackson, 21, of Rancho Santa Margarita.

Brown is accused of having a four-month-long sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl he met online.

Chaney is accused of having a 14-year-old girl engage in live video sex acts, and of later having sex with her. He is also accused of raping another woman who was unconscious.
Jackson is accused of possessing hundreds of videos and about 6,000 images of child pornography.

Chaney and Jackson are being charged in federal court.

Brown is being charged in Orange County Superior Court sex acts with a minor. He surrendered to authorities Wednesday, and is free on a $100,000 bail bond.

Brown came to the attention of law enforcement after he was found on a high school campus trying to talk to the girl, officials said. The investigation found that Brown had portrayed himself as a 22-year-old on a social networking Web site, and used the Internet to chat with high school girls, police said.

Chaney was arrested June 5 after the mother of a 14-year-old girl told authorities that her daughter had performed sexual acts in front of her Webcam for Chaney, and that Chaney had later slept with her, officials said.

A search of Chaney’s apartment uncovered a video of him having sex with an unconscious woman, said David Baroway, a special agent supervisor with the California Department of Justice.

Baroway said there were also other illegal videos in the apartment, but declined to say whether they involved Chaney.

In December 2008, Fullerton police were investigating a vehicle theft, and discovered that the man they suspected in that crime, Jackson, had child pornography on his computer, Baroway said.

The hundreds of videos and roughly 6,000 photos of child pornography included images of children who were "very, very young," Baroway said.
